I’m Starting a Newsletter!

Hi all 👋
If we've worked together or crossed paths recently, you know I spend most of my time working with enterprise teams on how technology actually shows up inside the business.
Not just at the idea level, but in how it's implemented, adopted, and used day to day. I also golf and coach hockey, but that's for another time.
Like you, I'm focused on how technology affects the bottom line and whether it really moves the needle. Over time, I've found there's often a gap between what gets built and what actually creates an impact.
I put some thought into this in a recent post, specifically, why more investment doesn't automatically close the gap. Here's the post if it's useful.
If any of that resonates, I'm putting together a newsletter that explores similar territory: the gap between what organizations invest in and what actually moves the needle.
Nothing too heavy. Just a few practical thoughts that might be useful depending on what you're working on.
If you'd like these thoughts sent straight to your inbox, you can subscribe using the form.
And if you ever want to compare notes or talk through something you're working on, my door is always open. Feel free to connect on LinkedIn for an informal chat.
