Blackbook AI is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We operate in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), as well as applicable provincial legislation including Quebec's Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector (Law 25). These laws govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

The cookies we use

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Data collected is processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy the analytics tools described on this page. Google Tag Manager does not itself collect personal information or set cookies.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand visitor behavior through heat-maps and session activity. Session activity data is processed by Microsoft Corporation in accordance with Microsoft’s Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement).

Some third-party providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in countries where Blackbook AI operates.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

We maintain appropriate physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to help protect the personal information we collect and hold.

07 How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

  • Enquiry and contact form data is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes.
  • Marketing subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted from Google’s systems.

  • Microsoft Clarity session data is retained for 30 days. Microsoft Clarity session data is retained for 30 days. Labeled or Favorited, Heat-maps and Aggregated Metric session data is retained for 13 months.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting us at office@blackbookai.com

We will respond to requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
