At The Lottery Corporation, developers were eager to use AI tools, but several barriers stood in the way of widespread adoption. Teams were still developing confidence in applying AI during software delivery, understanding where it added value, and incorporating it into established ways of working.

The Solution
Blackbook AI delivered a two-day Claude Code capability uplift program tailored to The Lottery Corporation's engineering environment.
Rather than focusing on AI theory, the program centred on practical software delivery scenarios and hands-on exercises designed to reflect how engineers work in the real world.
