The More AI Conversations I Have...

Hi all 👋
Hope your week’s off to a good start.
A lot of organizations are investing heavily in AI right now, but the more conversations I have, the more it feels like the biggest challenge isn't the technology itself.
What’s Happening in AI
I came across a Gartner report recently that found 80% of organizations piloting autonomous AI are reporting workforce reductions, yet those reductions aren't translating into higher ROI.
The organizations seeing the strongest returns are investing heavily in operating models, governance, and the skills needed to support AI effectively.
That lines up pretty closely with what I've been seeing in practice.
In Case You Missed It
I shared a few thoughts on LinkedIn on why shortcuts might help a business grow, but rarely help it last.
Let's Talk
Every month, I meet a select group of executives 1:1 to learn more about the problems their companies are trying to solve, and exchange notes on how technology can help. Two spots just opened up.
Some coffee (if you're in Calgary), a whole lot of learning-oriented discussion, and some problem-solving.
If you're interested, or need a sounding board where you can translate business goals into technology solutions, feel free to connect on LinkedIn.
